The Brotherhood
Within “The Brotherhood” we create a safe space around a (virtual) fire for men to learn to open up and share, be seen, be heard and accepted without judgment.
To begin with, it may require a mustering of courage to open up and be seen – some find it easier than others. You may wish to sit and observe initially and that is fine.
How the circle is structured:
- We meet fortnightly for one hour.
- To start we sit for 5-10 minutes in a guided meditation.
- We then share experiences with one another without judgment for 30 minutes.
- We are then in conversation for 20 minutes.
- At the end the group is closed with a short guided meditation.
- There is a WhatsApp group to keep the brotherhood connected.
- Your annual investment is £495 or £55 per month.
- Cancel at any point.
We learn and grow from our individual experiences and allow them to become collective wisdom.
